cashbkme operates the website cashbkme.com, an independent Amazon cashback points store. We are an independent website and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of cashbkme.

- Account information — when you join cashbkme, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a hashed value). We also store the country/region you choose or that we assign to your account.
- Points and order information — when you shop through our links, our affiliate partner (PartnerBoost) shares transaction data with us, such as order confirmation, purchase amount, items purchased, and return or refund status. We use this data to award points, manage your balance, and process redemptions. Points are issued on confirmed, non-returned orders.
- Support messages — the emails and WhatsApp messages you send us when you contact support.
- Usage data — pages visited, country derived from your IP address (provided by our CDN), and link clicks. We use Microsoft Clarity analytics, which may record session replays and heatmaps, to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it.

- Cloudflare — our CDN and security provider processes request data (including IP address and country) to deliver and protect the site.

Retention
